Shipping Policy

At Jostylin Naturals, we are committed to ensuring your orders reach you in a timely and efficient manner. We proudly ship our products worldwide using UPS or DHL. Our processing time is 1-2 business days, and the standard shipping time for international orders is approximately 7 working days. Orders up to $119 warrant a shipping cost of $35. Orders over $120 are free.

Please note that the day the order is placed does not count as a working day. Furthermore, working days do not include weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or recognized public holidays.

While we endeavor to meet these timelines, there may be circumstances beyond our control, such as customs delays or severe weather conditions, that could cause delays. We appreciate your understanding and patience in these situations.

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email containing your tracking number, so you can monitor your parcel’s journey to your doorstep.

Returns Policy

At Jostylin Naturals, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned.

If you wish to return a product, please contact our customer service team within 15 days of your delivery date. Products eligible for return should be in the original packaging, unused, and unopened. We regret that we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for products that have been opened, used, or tampered with for reasons of hygiene and customer safety.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at info@jostylin-naturals.com within 15 days of delivery to request a return.
  2. Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on where to send the return.
  3. Pack the item securely in the original packaging, if possible, and include your order number, name, and reason for the return.
  4. Return the product using your preferred tracked shipping method. Please note that return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your bank’s policies.
