Shipping Policy
We ship our products worldwide using various shipping providers. Free and standard shipping uses Royal Mail, FedEx and USPS. Express shipping uses UPS or DHL. Our processing time is 1-3 business days, and the standard shipping time for international orders is approximately 7-15 days. Express shipping is 3-5 days. Please note that the day the order is placed does not count as a working day. Working days also exclude weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and recognized public holidays.
Customs, Duties and Import Fees
Unless expressly stated otherwise, customs duties, taxes, tariffs, and other import-related charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee. Customers are responsible for paying these charges directly to the relevant customs authority, courier, or other third party. Returns Policy
If you wish to return a product, please do so within 15 days of delivery. Products eligible for return should be in the original packaging, unused, and unopened. Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with cannot be returned and will not be refunded due to hygiene and customer safety reasons.
